Out of school time programming - youth
The RICH Program's After School and Summer Programming is a dynamic and comprehensive youth development initiative that provides essential support and opportunities for students aged 10 to 16 in Baltimore. The RICH After School ad Summer Programs offer a safe and nurturing environment where students can participate in a wide range of activities. From self-development classes and mental health awareness workshops to engaging experiences in poetry, photography, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), the program takes a holistic approach to youth development. Academic support and resources are also provided to help students excel in their studies.

Youth Workforce Development - rich juice bar
The RICH Juice Bar serves as a vibrant hub within the Cherry Hill community, offering a unique blend of refreshing beverages and enriching experiences. Beyond serving delicious, healthy drinks to its customers, the juice bar is an integral part of the RICH Program's holistic approach to youth development.
At the RICH Juice Bar, young adults from the program are given the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and financial literacy skills. They serve as employees, learning the ins and outs of operating a small business while providing exceptional service to the community. This hands-on experience equips them with practical skills that are invaluable as they transition into adulthood.
Moreover, the juice bar plays a pivotal role in promoting healthy living within the community. It offers a variety of nutritious drinks and snacks, encouraging customers to make healthier choices and adopt a more wholesome lifestyle. By combining workforce development with a commitment to wellness, the RICH Juice Bar embodies the program's mission to empower youth and uplift the community it serves.
